Merrimack County, New Hampshire has seen its share of Spring Rains. The entire State, including Concord, has had ENOUGH! The rivers are bursting and jumping their banks. The flooding has been dramatic!
Many just rebuilding from the 2006 Mothers Day Floods have been struck again
A mere 3 weeks later Concord, New Hampshire is fronting a new face........

Colorful Coles Gardens on 106 is ready for the Season!

There are WONDERFUL Lilacs.....Outside my door!
Now what does this have to do with a Moral...or a story you may ask? OK, OK I'm getting to that.... It's the Miracle of what can be. Rains that brought pain and despair to so many in Concord, are the same rains that nourished the flowers...that now bring joy!
Now what does this have to do with Real Estate ....? Well, some of you may remember a while back my Blog about two transactions that failed. Failed because of Seller greed. (I can't reference it cause it was Members Only) anyway....The couple that had their offer returned with no Seller willingness to negotiate...has since had another offer accepted 100% and we have scheduled a Home Inspection. It's a better house, needs updating but definitely move-in and is in a MUCH better location. They are thrilled!
The other couple ...full price offer, nothing to Sell whose Seller wanted additional funds to carry an empty house! Remember them? Well...they are anticipating an offer on their house upstate and will have more to spend, on a bigger house with lower interest! We are going out to "shop" again this weekend!

It's wonderful scenery like you show in your pictures that assure me that I will someday move away from Florida. Thanks for labeling the trees, the only one I was sure of was the Lilac.
