Welcome to Keeler Family Realtors**A Family Business For 30 Years

Keeler Family Realtors is Celebrating their 30th Anniversary!

The Keeler family ,consisting of 9 sons, started in 1977. Most of the sons are still in Real Estate today!

I have been at Keeler Family since I started in Real Estate. The family atmosphere and spirit of co-operation have kept me here! There is always someone who knows "the answer" and is willing to guide ,instruct or lend support. We are a small office. Presently we number 10!

We three have been together since we all started in Real Estate! We are a real team. We share knowledge, strategies, classes and more than an occasional  lunch!

Jeff Keeler (our Broker) is a great believer in continuing education. He generously contributes to classes we       want to take for designations. This has helped me to get my GRI, CBR and just this week I earned a place on   the NH Board of Realtors Honor Society .

There are also opportunities for     me  meIndividual Marketing

So, if you're ever out this way be sure to stop in and say Hi! The coffee's hot and

we'd love to meet you! There's a lot to see and do in this the "Merrimack Valley"

Region! We are within an hours drive of the Ocean, the Mountains and Boston.

Hey Sarah...

I finished my assignment! And the prize is???

Great one, Joan!!  You have such a nice history and your brokerage sounds like a friendly, encouraging place!  No prizes in No Writer's Block Allowed, sadly.  Your reward is that you've made a great post to go in Localism and help potential clients feel at home with you and your brokerage before they ever meet you, which may lead to more contact.  You were exceptionally welcoming, I think your post will reward you well!  A+!!

Sarah...that was tongue in cheek! I knew there was no prize. It just seemed that you were looking to get people "goin" so I thought I'd contribute.

Did you have many responses to your challenge?

*Whew*, scared me a little with your talk of "prizes"!  LOL!  So far I've only seen yours, Jeff Dowler's and Danny Smith's.  I think there are some others that want to do it, but since it works better with pictures there's a little planning that needs to be done.

I'll give people some time and then do a post with links to them.  Maybe that will inspire some others, too.  :o)

I will pass that on Carla...I am also on that Public Policy Committee and wholeheartedly agree about how much time and efforts our Legislative liasons spend on Realtor Issues

Thanks to you also Joan, I know those meetings and hearings consume

an enormous amount of time.

Does anyone know if there was anything accomplished at the HB763 subcommittee work session

in May? Nothing on the Gov. website.
