"I love what I do, and it shows in how I do it"

cute picture, I love b&w or sepia prints.
Joan, that is just too adorable. Thanks for sharing that with us.
Joan, they say a picture says a thousand words and that is so true, great photo and nice idea to post it the way you did.
Joan, such a cute picture...
somethings don't need words to be said, huh?
Joan, great picture and I love the lack of verbage.
Thanks Robert ...glad you enjoyed it!
Hi Danny...this was a fun idea of Rich's
Christopher...just a little creative license!
Thank you Sheila...it's a favorite of mine!
Hi Robin...I love the premise behind the group!
This is a great photo! It looks very sentimental as if it were taken of you when you were in pigtails but I suspect you took this and are using the wonderful sepia tones. It is very nice either way. And welcome to the group!
Actually Rich you were right on both counts...it is of me and my best friend, joined at the hip , cousin Sandy. He died in a helicopter crash many years ago. I did doctor it (it was black and white) in Picnik to get the Sepia! You have a good eye...
Hi Joni... I think I must have seen you from the same angle when I was in NH, because I would have recognized you in that pic anywhere! :)
Hi Joan, I really appreciate the picture and the title has such a relief in it. Wordless Wednesday is great.
BTW, You should go back and add at least the 50 required words to get credit for the post. Maybe add them on at the end with a ton of space between the picture and the words.
Joan, what a sweet, SWEET PICTURE! The sepia looks great...adds a lot of feeling. I'm sorry you lost your friend.
That really is darling. I love the sepia tone as well.
Joan, that is a sad story but a beautiful photo. I think you did a great job transitioning it to sepia tones.
BTW, don't listen to William, Wordless Wednesday is no words and posted with the knowledge that you don't get points; can't always be about the points.
Joni, I loved the shot, it's precious. And just shows you how late I am, it's Thursday!
Hi Steve...I was cute and your a flatterer!
Hi William...no, wordless wednesday is supposed to be no words...the picture is supposed to say it all!
Hi Karen...thank you for the sentments! We were quite a team for many years!
Chris..that coloring really does add to pictures of that era doesn't it! Have you tried Picnik?
Hi Carole...I'm even later...it's Friday!
What a wonderful photograph, thank you so much and welcome to the group.
Thank you for the kind welcome Robert!
Hi Joan...The photo is priceless. It is so wonderful that you have it. That is one of the most wonderful things about the pictures we have. They represent our memories.
Kate
Hi Kate...that's the one drawback to digital...I have them all...but I don't print them for my albums.
There's nothing quite like young love. I love those black and white sepia pictures and kids and pets always get those "awww"'s
It's ironic that today we would probably all consider ourselves more worldly, yet here are a couple of kids who knew what really mattered. Maybe one of our goals for '09 should be to reclaim the carefree and simple pleasures of childhood.
