I have wanted to do Virtual Tours for my Sellers...for ages. But the price tag was always a bit high!
Well.... you can imagine how excited I was last week when Bruno Roldan ran his Love Links Special offering Free VT's for a year to the first 199 people who responded. I was right on it...believe me. And I got my tutorial,had a blast making it, uploaded it to my MLS with eager anticipation and....nothing! I was devestated, crushed, deflated (in Spirit only unfortunately) and very disappointed.
I emailed Bruno and within minutes he emailed me back. We went over everything I had done and it all appeared to be OK.This exchange continued for a week!! Bruno got all the contact information for my MLS, their Server and their Webdesigner. He offered to contact them directly (and did). All the time he kept me posted on any progress! This was above and beyond!
Finally....all has been resolved. Thankfully, it wasn't anything to do with Bruno's program it was a combination of a new link design by our WebMaster and a lack of understanding on my part.
I now have Virtual Tours that are totally simple to make and came out great! (If I do say so myself!) But if Bruno hadn't been so determined to provide Total Customer Satisfaction and stepped in, I would have given up in utter frustration!
To Bruno I must say
That was Customer Service above and beyond!!

Good point! Link Love project is exclusivley for AR members... so we do charge to outside members the regular free. :) .. Just giving our two cents worth back to the AR community.
