Hi Joan, I think you make a great case for Concord. The photos are wonderful. So natural and green is the scenery.

Hey Joan, you just can't beat a deer peeking around the corner at you. What I like about Concord is it is truly four season country.

Joan, how did you get that picture - how beautiful.  I must start carrying my camera with me!  Who wouldn't want to live there!

William...That was in my back yard!(which is fenced in) I was just going to let the dogs out and glanced out the window..there he was!

Gary...so much for having my yard surrounded by animal fencing...at least he wasn't a bear!

Joan, Those pictures of the deer are priceless.  Every once in a while I see one at a client's house out east and they are used to them and wonder why I stop and stare...they are so beautiful.

That deer is precious. However, if you find yourself needing a baby picture...

Joan... after spending the afternoon together I can honestly attest to the fact that you are a wonderful ambassador for Concord and NH!  I cannot believe this deer was in your backyard!  I am jealous... can I take him back to Texas with me?

Absolutely beautiful. We have around 6 deer roaming through the back yard here in Fallston, Maryland which is in Harford County. Homes here are beautiful and buyers are putting in contracts daily!

Hi Steve...if you can catch him...you can have him! LOL

It was such fun meeting you. But way too short! Now that Jason and Abby will have all that space you will have to come for a longer visit (maybe thay can keep the basement a "cat free" zone)

Wow Robert....sounds like a beautiful area...but I guess the real question is which part is busier? The Realtor or the Auctioneer?

Joan, Thanks for sharing beautiful pictures. You are a good photographer.

Thanks Gita but my son took most of them ...I'll pass it on to him!

Isn't that deer just the cutest thing!
