"I love what I do, and it shows in how I do it"

Joan, You are so lucky, you have your fairs spread out. We sort of have many at once and then they're over :( Have fun if you get to go.
Joan, I would show up if I were in your area, just to see the flag making. How fascinating.
Hi Carole...you're right the smaller fairs are spread out...but the bigger county ones all seem to be within a week of each other...so you have to pick and choose! Bummer
Hi Gary...I just might check this one out! It's a fairly new one and you're right it sounds really interesting!
Joan
This sounds like a fun evening and for a cause that I highly support. I'd love to attend. We have a Multicultural Festival that is combined with our Waterfront Festival in July and I really enjoy touring all of the different attractions.
Jo
Hello Jo..this is definately one I'll try to attend...hopefully it will be a nice evening!
Now I am really torn -- If I have time off -- I was going to go to the rib fest -- now this event in Concord looks like a lot of fun! It is amazing how many things are going on during the summer in New Hampshire. If you go, have fun!
Hi Joan...I will keep you posted! This one intrigues me!
Hi Joan, Another wonderful local community post. Welcome back, I have missed you.
PS, I wrote a post and you are mentioned in it. I will break the link so you will have to locate it, but it was the latest post for me. Here is the title.
Most Positive Experience: Appreciating ActiveRain as Both A Social Network And As A Team That Can Make A Difference In Our Lives.
Thanks William...I'm definately back! Thank you for the kind accolades...you put a lot of effort into that post!
I just did a post on Knoxville's Kuumba Festival which highlights the artistic achievements of African Americans in our area! Did you get to attend this event over the past weekend?
Hi Rich...I'll have to go check it out! No, I didn't make it to the festival...to be honest. I forgot until there was only about 1/2 hour left! LOL
