I just received an email to a wonderful Short you are going to want to watch over and over just so you don't miss anything! It is appropriately called Burma Shave.

Sometimes it's there is merit in just posting something fun on here. We have so many serious issues we discuss that we are living everyday....
Maybe living in the past...if only for a short time, isn't all bad. If it was we wouldn't have photo albums, diaries and momentos. If it was....we wouldn't have memories. The creators of this film have a nostalgic web site full of Memories. Something to save for a rainy day!
Have a Great Day!!

Thanks for sharing the nice memories. I have to save that link.
thanks Joan for reminding me how old I really am
I should like to go back and write a list of the sights and sounds on that Short. for those of us who knew many of things first hand, our minds were able to wonder back in time and isolate those memories. What I also observed is that we can not only isolate them but can remember whole scenes lasting minutes as they happened.
Fascinating exercise. I have no idea why that occurred to me but as I started to remember them, I also was generating whole sequences of isolated thoughts of each of the memories.
A memory sequence of when I would take my older Brother's car keys, turning on the power and listing to Ricky Nelson. I grew up with him and will always have fond memories of enjoying the Ozzie and Harriet show.
Hi William..I knew you would like that. Don't worry if you lose the links...I intend to keep them so I can watch again at my leisure!
I too liked Ozzie and Harriet... I remember I cried when Ricky was killed!
