Well you've made the first step....you're ready to buy a house!
You know it's a Buyers Market....or at least that's what the media says. You're ready to Search through all those wonderful listings you've seen advertised. You just know you'll find your
"Dream" house. And then you'll buy it!
Sounds simple!! But not so fast......I have a list of the actual steps you will need to follow. Please feel free to copy it for future reference!
The Actual Steps In Every Home Buying Transaction
- You will need a pre-approval and record of your financial information
- You need to decide what you BOTH want (property style and types)
- You need to drive by before we set up any appointments
- You need to educate yourself on Market Conditions and the role of Agency
- You need to decide Agency
- You need to chose homes to actually see
- You will decide on a home to Buy
- You need to determine which Home Inspection Tests you wish to have done

- You need to arrange for your move.
- You have a Home Inspection
- You negotiate or sign off on the Home Inspection
- You need to discuss estimated closing costs
- You will have a closing

The hardest part about this whole process is staying focused on the goal...That will be my job, to keep you focused, educate you in the process and help you to reach that Goal of Home Ownership
