Thanks Laurie...these Sellers are really anxious to sell and have priced it right! We have had one offer but couldn't come to agreement...the biggest drawbach is that it is in a "mixed" housing neighborhood and not the chi chi part of town...I do think we have it priced right! Thanks for the approval....we do tend to doubt ourselves during this "drought"
