If ever you doubt yourself about what you do.....this will chase those doubts away
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I started working with Mike and Sheena this past Spring. They are a really nice young couple and besides being fun to work with they had.... Excellant Credit Scores and Work History and Nothing to Sell....what more could an Agent ask for?
They weren't too Picky or Unrealistic. Their only Requirements were a Reasonable Distance from work, Not a Re-Hab (Mike isn't handy) a room for an Office and within what they wanted to spend monthly...not what their Lender said they could spend...what they felt they could afford to spend! Oh, and Mike really wanted a Garage...if we were lucky! And Sheena wante to have some kitties.
We looked at a lot of houses and for one reason or another...nothing seemed to fit! We re-signed and dated our Agency contract and continued on...
Finally come August we found IT...a house that
fit all their criteria. It was in Loudon NH and not too far from Sheena's work. It just so happened it was listed by my office so they had quick access....and made an IMMEDIATE offer.
The house is in a Perfect Location,
has Several Country Acres and the Kitchen has had a Total Remodel. There is a full, studded, insulated and heated basement and best of all there is a Garage!
Their Offer was Accepted....the Home Inspection went without incident and except for delayed funds at closing, All went just the way it should be!
I love it when it goes like that...
How many people get to be part of something that is such A Major Life Step?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I have added them to my contact list, sent an invitation to the Christmas party and my usual Thanksgiving e-card. Last night I got an email and a picture from Sheena...They're Engaged. You can see the happiness on their faces...just one more of life's
special moments I've been able to share.
How can you ever doubt what you do...when you get to share the special moments! Oh....and Sheena got her kitties
That's with a "T"

Joan - Congratulations....to you AND the happy couple! It's always great when things turn out so well and people are so happy.
I bet you are one of the first to get photos of the new baby (if and when) and any other milestone happenings in that relationship.
Kudos to you, my friend! Job well done!
WOW. That is real nice. What a good feeling that you have made a difference to this young couple. You are probably their "Realtor for Life"!
Looks like a nice home. Perhaps Mike will learn to be handy now that he is a home owner!
Congrats
Hi Carol...Hope you had a nice and RELAXING Holiday!.
Well...I got pictures of the Kitties! I did just get a picture of a 2cd Baby from a couple who had none when we met. It is a fabulous picture...their little boy is the cutest thing I've ever seen
Have you ever!!!!
Hi Don...you snuck in while I was answering Carol...
That is absolutely the BEST part of this job!
Actually Mike is into working on cars (and his job is with computers)...go figure. That was why he wanted a garage!
A great story with a fairy tale ending and you are the fairy god mother! I love it.
Hi Laurie...they were all excited that I was going to do a Blog!
Did your Mother bring the Turkey?
Hi Joan - how special is that story!??!?!?!?? And what great smiles on their faces, too. Helping first-time buyers find that special home certainly gives you a really nice warm feeling inside, doesn't it?
Ann
Hi Ann...I'm glad you enjoyed it. They really are a cute couple and very happy!
