Dear Tom and Michelle,
I just received your inquiry about purchasing a home in Concord New Hampshire. Having lived in this Community for over 20 years I know you will be able to make a wonderful home for your Family! Here is a short Virtual Tour I made of my Home Town....I think you'll enjoy it!
You said that you have not secured financing yet so when we meet I will give you a list of Lenders I have come to know and trust. We must go through this step of pre-qualification before I can show you properties. Pre-qualification also puts you in a stronger position should you find a home you want to make an offer on.
You have indicated that School Proximity is a Priority. Concord has a wonderful Tradition of Neighborhood Schools. So, no matter where you eventually choose to settle, we can find a school near by.We have little crime,a Hospital and many secondary School choices. We have Free City Pools and a Park in every neighborhood, many Churches, Restaurants and (of course) Shopping!
I am sending you a link of 3 houses that fit your criteria. They are representative of a plentiful supply. The ones I'm sending are in two of the neighborhoods that I think of as more "suburban"-yet close to services. They are East Concord and The South End. Other Neighborhoods to explore are "The Heights", West End and the North End.
When we get together I will also explain "the process"and all of the steps necessary to to start the search. (Including the State requirements.)
Concord is a small, well laid out city and the best way for you to determine the area you wish to settle in is to explore it for yourselves. I will have some more "possibilities" and a city map and you can do some drive-bys!
After we have your pre-qualification just send me your schedule and when you'll be here and leave the rest to me. Here are some links you may want to explore:
I am really looking forward to meeting with the the Snyder Family and showing you how much my City has to offer. It is definitely the City With A Small Town Feel....I just know you're going to love it here!

Joan, What a magnificent introductory email to Tom an Michelle about your area. I really enjoyed the video tour.....an area steeped in history and beauty.
An excellent contest entry !

Joan,
Funny, but even without pictures of any home, I got a feeling of 'trust' from this.....I liked that you have lived there a long time, and your emphasis on the schools and neighborhood sold me, the house will come later :) :)
Joan...
Just letting you know I have been here.
Good luck :)
P.S. You made me a little homesick on this one. Concord was my stomping ground at one time in my life :)
TLW...ROAR!
TLW.... When? and Where? We may have some peeps in common!
I relly like it here but winters in Florida sound better and better!
Joan, if I were the Snyder's I'd be in touch with you...I'd absolutely have to check out the area and based on the letter, if the folks in the area were at all as friendly, helpful, direct and positive as you have been in this letter, I'd be seriously considering purchasing in Concord.

Hi Joan - nice entry into the contest! Clearly your love of Concord shows through in your home show - I remember your post about "Puppy Love" and vow to one day go find that and check it out for myself!
Good luck in the contest!
Ann
Joan - I haven't yet, but I can assure you I will be now! I can't wait to come and visit and check the area out. What's the fall foliage like up there?
I forgot to rate you a 5 yesterday, so here you go...5 'snaps'.
Oh yeah...did you ever figure out how to get that widget that predicts? I want one!

Joan....I thought Tom and Michelle were buying in Hampstead??? :)
I love Concord!!!
