"I love what I do, and it shows in how I do it"

Hi Joan;
What a beautiful picture, I thank you for sharing. Have a great day.
Joan
it may be the last rose of summer, but spring will soon be here with the first rose of a new spring.
Good luck and success.
Lou Ludwig
It's so sad when the last of the flowers bloom. A real sign that fall is here to stay!
Thanks Anthony....
Wow! Lou....a half full person! We can use more of that around here!LOL
I agree Yvette....and if you look closly you can see that that is frost on the rose!
I love that expression only because I was a tom boy and my dad always called me "the last rose of summer" when I came in for the night :)
Darn-- I am not at all ready for that white stuff... I guess it will be here sooner than we think! First is a lot of raking.
Is that what they mean when they say "the bloom is off the rose"? It looks like it's ready for a winter nap.
Great picture. Thank you for sharing. There will be many more come spring.
Hi Joni... Hang in there... spring is just around the corner and the roses will bloom again! :)
Hi Joan, I think the photo certainly fits the title. Maybe add the word last to summer , LMAO. I missed getting a photo on today. Wordless Wednesday and I only have a bucket load of them.
Still a beauty, the first and the last always things to cherish
Joan, I guess that were in the wait till next year position for more roses! Beautiful photo!
Joan, I'll bet you've had quite a few frosts already up there in New Hampshire.
Joan
The beauty is in knowing that wonderful flower will be back again.
Joni! I am always so happy when I see you here! I'm NOT happy that it's the last rose and can't wait (already) until they're budding again :)
I see you posted this blog to the photography group...Why?
Renee'...glad I could prompt a pleasant memory!
Joan...if we get the white stuff first you won't have to rake!
Heather...I bet you're right!
Yhea Ellen....another half full person.
Steve.....easy for you to say....you live in Texas!
Shame on you William...we do look forward to them.
Louise....what a lovely sentiment!
Tony and Darcy....I think we're in that position for a lot more than flowers!LOL
Kevin....we have had 3 this week. It's actually early for this weather. Did anyone ever tell you (your pic) looks like David Hartman from TV????
Hi Tommy.....you are forever the optimist!
Hi Carole...I'm with you! I hope all the lousy weather stays to the South this year :)
Sorry Lee...I didn't realize it was an "exclusive" group....feel free to remove my Photo from the Photo group! LOL
Joan,
They'll be back in the spring, prettier than ever and you'll appreciate them so much. :)
Steve
I know,I know Steve...but that seems so far away now!
Joan, I can't take the heat. Please go back to posting to the photography group as you wish. I'm sorry for making anything of it. I was truly trying to help and I even tried to do it in the nicest way I knew to.
